The Forge Men’s Conference is designed to take the next step in training men to love Christ wholeheartedly, live with integrity, lead courageously and leave a legacy of faith. Dr. Jeff Voth and the Cavetime ministry team will teach 5 proven practices that transform men into the leaders, husbands, fathers and disciples God created them to be.
Dr. Jeff Voth is the founder of Cavetime, an organization that builds better men by kindling a fire in their hearts for Jesus. He also serves as the lead pastor of Church 3434 and is a professor at Oral Roberts University. Jeff has a doctorate of ministry in community spiritual formation from Denver Seminary, a master of divinity from Oral Roberts University, and a master of arts with an emphasis in philosophy, apologetics & Christian worldview from Trinity Theological Seminary. He is the author of Cavetime, Why Lewis?, A Thousand More Amens, Defending the Feminine Heart and Serpent Crusher. He was also selected into the Resident Scholars Program at the Kilns in Oxford England. Jeff and his wife, Lori, have four children and live in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Michael Altstiel is the Executive Director of Cavetime Ministry, a national ministry to men. He is passionately devoted to the many roles God has placed in his life. He is a Counselor, Teacher, Speaker, Husband, Father, Son, Friend, and Co-Author. He is committed to working out this dependency first in his own home with his best friend and wife, Leah, and their three children. He desires his life to bring glory to his King alone and to be a testimony of His love, His strength, and His honor in the lives of today’s man. Cavetime’s mission is to kindle fire in the hearts of men to find their strength, honor, and to bare their souls without judgment in the presence of Creator God.
Caleb Voth is the Creative Director for Cavetime, an organization that builds better men by kindling a fire in their hearts for Jesus. He has a B.A. in Marketing and Business Management from Evangel University. In addition to producing film and content for media outlets, he also developed The Cave, an app which provides men with content to supplement their daily walk with Christ.
